to wit Sarah Gale< no role > This name instance is in set 595. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD NetworkGale . aged about 24 years
upon her Oath saith that she never was
married that she was bound Apprentice by the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
to one Mr. Walker a Taylor who lived in Wych Street
in the said Parish for Seven years that her said
Master died when she had served Five years
and Three Quarters of her said Apprenticeship
and that she has done no Act to gain a subsequent
Settlement And further this Examinant upon
her Voluntary Oath saith that she is pregnant with Child or
Children which is or are likely to be born a Bastard
or Bastards and to become Chargeable to the said
Parish That one Jeremiah Sullivan< no role > a
Journeyman Dyer who lodges at No:2 Church
Yard Court Harp Alley is the father thereof he
having had Carnal knowledge of this Examinants
Body sometime in the Month of February last and
at several times since at one of which times he
did beget the said Child of which she is so pregnant
and that the said Jeremiah Sullivan< no role > is the only real
and true father thereof
