to wit Catherine Kinney< no role > aged about 23 years upon
her Oath saith that she never was married Rented
House or paid Taxes that she lived as a hired yearly
Servant with one Peter Marshall< no role > in Stanhope Street in the
Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middx
for 3 years & upwards at the yearly Wages of £4..10..0
that she hath quitted her said Service about 2 years
since which time she hath not lived as a hired
yearly Servt. for 12 Months or done any Act to
gain a Subsequent Settlement And further this
Ext. upon her Voluntary Oath saith that she is
Pregnant with Child or Children which is or are
likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to become
Chargeable to the said Parish That one Thomas Allen< no role > a
Journeyman Taylor who lately worked with Mr.
Gray a Taylor in Stanhope Street afsd. and lodged
at No. 4 in Clare Court Drury Lane is the father
thereof he having had carnal knowledge of this
Exts. Body sometime in the Month of Decr. last and
at several times since at one of which times he
did beget the said Child or Children of which she is
so pregnant and that the said Thomas Allen< no role >
is the only real & true Father thereof
