in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the Liberty
of Westminster upon Oath says she is the Widow of
Arthur Smith< no role > who has been dead about Seven Years
Says her said late Husband was a Native of Ireland and
never gained a Settlement in England to the best of her
Knowledge or belief And further upon her Voluntary
Oath Says that on the Sixth day of March last she
was delivered of a Female Bastard Child at the said Mrs.
Basquires in Wych Street in the said Parish of Saint
Clement Danes which hath since been baptized by the
Name of Sarah < no role > says that one John Cormock< no role > This name instance is in set 2028. a Silversmith who lives in Wych
Alley in the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes is the Father
thereof he having had Carnal knowledge of her Body
some time in [..] the Month of June 1768 and at
Several times afterwards at one of which times he got
her with Child of which she was delivered as aforesaid
and that the said John Cormock< no role > and no other Person
is the true and real Father thereof
