in Pettiford Yard in the Parish of St. Mary le Strand
in the Liberty of Westminster of the Yearly Rent
of five Pounds and Ten Shillings for Eight Years
and was assessed and paid the Land Tax for the
same and hath quitted said house about three
Weeks.
