Mary Lovell< no role > aged 59 Years upon Oath saith she
is the Widow of William Lovell< no role > who has been dead
about 18 Years That her said Husband was a
Bricklayer and lived in and Rented a House
in Clare Court in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the Liberty of Westminster for
about Seven Years at the Yearly Rent of
Twenty pounds and there dyed and that she
this Examinant continued to live in the Same House for about
One Year after his Death and hath since
Rented Ten pounds a Year That she now Rents
a House of Three pounds Nineteen shillings
a Year in Three Coney Walk in the Parish of St.
Mary at Lambeth in the County of Surry and
hath lived in the Same about Fourteen years
Says she hath often paid the Land Tax
which her Landlord took as part of Rent
