Elizabeth King< no role > aged about 26 Yrs.
upon Oath says she never was married says she
lived a hired Yearly Servant with Mr. Westwood
Hosier in Clare Street in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middx. for one Year and
Upwards at the Yearly Wages of four Pounds
and hath quitted that service about One Year
and hath not since Rented Ten Pounds a Year paid
Parish Taxes or lived a hired Yearly Servant
for One Year.

And further upon her Voluntary Oath says
she is pregnant with Child or Children which is
likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to
become Chargeable to the said Parish of St.
Clement Danes she being poor & unable to maintain
the same when born says that One Christr. Smith< no role >
a Soldier in the Savoy Barracks had Carnal
knowledge of her body in the house of Mr Crook [..]
a Silversmith in Pump Court in White hart Yard Drury
Lane sometime in the latter End of March 1759
or beginning of April following and at several other
times since at one of which times he got her with Child
of the Child or Children with which she is now pregnant
and the said Christr. Smith< no role > and no other person did beget the same
