James Townsend< no role > aged near 19 years upon Oath saith
he was bound apprentice by the Churchwds. Oversrs. of the
poor of the Parish of St. Andrew in Holbourn in the
County of Middx to Mr Brooks & Pencil & Brush
maker and lived With him as his Apprentice about
Six Months in Long Acre in the Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields in the Liberty of Westmr . after which
his master & mistress dyed and this Examinant
was assigned over and never rented ten pounds a year paid Parish taxes
nor lived a yearly Servant for one year
