to wit Ann Jones< no role > Aged about Twenty Eight Years
on her Oath Says she never was married Rented
House or paid Taxes Says she now lives and has so
Done for upwards of Two Years and an half as a
Yearly hired Servant with one Mr. Brigstock and
Attorney in Serle Street in the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the Liberty of Westminster at
the Yearly Wages of Nine Guineas And further
upon her Voluntary Oath Says she is Pregnant
with Child or Children which is or are likely to be
born a Bastard or Bastards and to become chargable
to the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes she being
Poor and unable wholly to maintain the same when
born Says that one John Culverwell< no role > a Servant to One
one Mrs. Tindall at Stoney Hill Bristol is the
Father thereof he having had Carnal knowledge of
her Body the latter End of Septr. or the beginning of
October 1775 but the Particular Day she does not now remember
and at no other time afterwards at which time he got
her with Child of the Child or Children of which she is
now pregnant and that the said John Culverwell< no role > and
no offer person did beget the same and that he is
the real and true Father thereof
