to wit Elizabeth Douglas< no role > otherwise Purnell< no role > Aged
about Twenty Three Years on her Oath Says the
never was married Rented House was an Apprentice
or lived a hired Yearly Servant for one Year And
further says that she was born the Corner of one
Tan Alley facing Hungerford Street in the Parish
of saint Martin in Fields in the Liberty of Westmr
and that one Mr. Pumell who kept the Publik Home
there is the reputed Father of this Examinant
as she has been Informed and Verity believes the same
to the true and that after her said reputed Fathers death
Death she never gained any subsequent Settlement
as above mentioned
