Mary Evans< no role > This name instance is in set 957. aged abt. 31 Years upon Oath saith
she is the Wife of David Evans< no role > with whom she intermarried
at the Fleet London about two Years ago and that her sd.
husband went from her about 4 months ago and she
knows not where he now is and that she can give no
other Account of his Settlement than that she hath heard
him say he Served his time with his father a Shoemaker
somewhere in Wales but in what part she can't remember
Says her Late father Joseph Marshall< no role > deceased rented
a house of £15 by the Year in Carter Lane in the Parish
of St. Bennet Pauls wharf London and lived therein
upwards of one Year and there dyed and this Examint.
never was an Apprentice or Yearly Servant and
further Saith that on the 9th. of January last she
was found wandering in Labour in the parish of St Clemt.
Danes in the County of Middx and was brought to the
house of one of the Parish Nurses of the sd. Parish where
she was on the same Day Delivered of a female Child
which has been baptized Mary< no role >
