(to wit) James Talboys< no role > one of the Beadles
of the parish of St. Clement Danes in the
said County & Liberty (on behalf of Sarah
Smith
< no role > Widow Aged 65 years or thereabouts now
very) Jufirm) Maketh Oath and saith that
he hath been informed and verily believes to
be true that the said Sarah Smith< no role > intermarried
at the parish Church of St. George in the East in
the said County of Middlesex about thirty
years ago with her late Husband Wm. Smith< no role >
who died about 20 years ago leaving no
Issue by the [..] Sarah Smith< no role > him Surviving that after his Decease
being Single & not having any Child or
Children she lived as an hired Yearly Servant
with Messrs Phillips & Small Upholsterers in
Piccadilly [..] in the parish of St. James in the
Liberty of Westminster near the same parish
Church [..] Six Years and upwards at £7 & 10s Yearly
Wages that she left the same about Twelve
Years ago & that since she hath not (by any
means whatever) to the best as her knowledge
acquired any [..] legal Settlement
