Saint Clement Danes

Middlesex

(to wit) William Powell< no role > aged twenty five
Years or thereabouts upon his Oath saith
that he never was married that he
was hired by one John Thurrock< no role > Purser
of the Camel of 20 Guns a Ship in the
English Service at Little Yorks in Quarries
to serve him as his Servant [..]
at 30-% a Year Cloaths and Board that
he continued Servant to the said [..]
Mr. Thurrock under that Agreement for
about three Years sometimes on these
Board at others on shore in the different
Ports the Ship was stationed at that
he came to England in the said Mr
Thurrocks Services and lived him for
about 8 Mrs. at the Black Bear in
Piccadilly when he quitted him, and
since quitting him which was above
Nine Months ago, has not lived as an
hired yearly Servant for 12 Months with
any other Person or done any Act whereby
to the best of his Knowledge he may
have
