her Oath saith that she never was married according by the Rites and
Ceremonies of the Church of England, that she never
Rented any House Tenement or Lodging of Ten Pounds
a year lived as a hired yearly Servant for one year or ever
served any Apprenticeship Saith that her Father Patrick
Macdonald
< no role > Rented and lived in a House in new Bedford
Cowet in the Parish of Saint Martin in the fields in
the Liberty of Westmr. at the yearly Rent of £10 and upwds.
and paid Taxes due for the same that her Father lived in the sd.
House upwds. of Sixteen years that this Ext. has done no Act
whereby she may have gained any Subsequent Settlement
And further this Ext. saith that she has one [..] Illegitimate
Child living vizt. Mary Macdonald< no role > aged about 10 Months
born in the Workhouse belonging to the said Parish of Saint
Martin in the fields And further this Ext. saith that she was
married to James Nevill< no role > deceased the Father of the said
Child at the Chapel in Duke Street by a Roman Catholic
Priest according to the Kites and Ceremonies of the
Romesh Church
