to wit Richard Ling< no role > aged 18 years or thereabouts
upon his Oath saith that he has been informed he was born in Bennetts Court
Drury Lane in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
Saith that he lived with his Father who kept a House in
Bennetts Court till aboutyears ago that his Mother
died in Barnetts Court when this Examinant was about
Nine years old [..] he [..] was then sent to School at
Knightsbridge that during the time this Examinant was
at School his Father went to live as a hired yearly Servt.
with one Mr. Sterling of the Piazza Covent Garden in the
Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden and has lived with the sd. Mr. Sterling for, this Seven years
And further this Examinant saith that he has done no
Act Matter or thing whereby to the best of his Knowledge
Information or belief he may have gained any other
Settlement
