deposeth that she lodged in the two Pair
of Stairs Front Room, immediately over the Room where
the deceased and her Husband John Bond< no role >
lodged, that she this Deponent has for some
Week's last past worked at Mrs. Quarms in
Abingdon Street Westmr. but constantly came
home in the Evening to sleep at her Lodgings
that a Little after six o'Clock on Saturday
Evening last (the 29th. of September) as she
was returning home the said John Bond< no role >
passed by her and mutter'd something to
himself but what he said she could not
tell, that [..] as this Deponent went up Stairs
[..] to her Room, she heard the deceased and
her Husband arguing aboutbutTriple of
Money which she the deced had to receive, and
was left to her by her Father, and he
said it was as much his as hers, but
she answered it was not hers, but hers
and she would see about it, andvery
soonthis Deponent she heard no more Words, pass between
then altho' their Door was a little open
but immediately this Deponent heard the
deceased
