his falling out of the said Window
upon the Iron Rails and into the sd.

Accidental Death

Piccadilly being sworn sayith that
he was in the room at the Home No.
3 Leicester Street [..] on Monday last
in Company with the deceased at the
time that the Peace officer came into
the room and saith deceased get and
at this Tymt window and Wm time
afterwards be called at Mr. Sonaldr [..]
No. 133 in [..] Jermyn Street when
the Hered Lodged and was informed
that he was killed by getting out
of the sd. Window and falling on
the Iron Rails & from there
into the adjoining Area.
