has of late been very absent in his
Mins and appears to Act at times
in a Childish way that he appeared
to this Deponent to be deceased in
his Mind and that on Friday
Night to last (the 17th. Instant) she
observed a great Witness in his
Counternce and as she had once
lived with a Gentleman was deceased
in his Mind she thought the deceased
looked just as he used to do sometimes
that the deceased had been out the
next Morning (Saturday the 18th. Inst)
and returned about 12 at Noon
and said it was the first day he had

had ever seen in his Life and would
go up stairs which he did and Wm.
Waldie
< no role > his Wife (who had been out)
returned about [..] an hour
afterwards and that at half past one
the Dinner Ball rung and as the
deceased did not come down Stairs
to Dinner as usual Mr. Waldie
was alarmed and was going up
Stairs and when she was go then past
of the Way she observed the deceased
sitting on the Head of the Stairs and
whereupon she called to this Deponent
who took up with her a Gentleman
