February in the Year aforesaid at the parish and in the Liberty aforesaid being alone in
her room or Apartment situate in Bird Street aforesaid, it so happened that she the said

was then and there sitting by her Fire Side, the Cloaths of her the said

, which she then and there had no her Body, accidentally, casually, and
by Misfortune, took Fire, by reason whereof and from the Flame arising from the said

was then and there greatly Curnt, Of which said

from the said Eleventh day of February
in the Year aforesaid to the twenty seventh day of the same Month in the same
Year at the Place aforesaid, and also in certain Hospital at the Parish &
in the LIberty aforesaid To Wit, in Saint George Hospital
there situate
did languish and languishing did live, on which said Twenty Seventh day
of February in the Year aforesaid, she the said

aforesaid of the Burning aforesaid, did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said
