Thomas Chevalier< no role > Surgeon & Apothecary
on his Oath saith That on friday last in the
Afternoon Dept. was called to the Deced who
was in sensible having a Wound neart
the Crown of his Head and several Bruises
upon his Head Says that he bled the Deced
after which the Deced became Sensible
Says that he was sent for and saw the
Deced, in the Evening and again the
next day, Says that the Deced was
Trepanned the next day by Mr. Gillis a
Surgeon and died that Evening the 30th.
of angt and Dept. believes that the Deced
[..] deced a Concussion on the Brain which
caused his Death.
