William Barton< no role > of Shurton Ground
Apothecary on his Oath saith that by
the desire of Mrs. Purdue Widow of
Mr. Thomas Burdue< no role > late Apothecary
to the Prison) he has attended the
Prisoners in Tothill Fields Bridewell
about a Week. That he then saw
Benjamin Higgs< no role > who told Dept. that
he had been afflicted with a Fever
and Agne, and Dept. Says that the Deced
had then some Deced of Fever, and
was in a Weak languied State, Says
that he sent Deced some Medicines
which relieved the pain which Deced
likewise had in [..] that the Deced however
continued in the languied State until
his Death which happened this Morning
and Dept. believes that the Deced died
a natural Death, Says that the Deced
never told Dept. that he wished for
more Victuals.
