Ball from the Deced's side, says no Person was in the Room when
she first wheat up, that her Husband was out at the [..] it happend
and that her Horse is very small and she has no LodgersSays the
Deced came to her House the 10th, of August Instant, and lay there
that Night but lay in other Lodgings some, but Directed at the
Deponents House, the Deced came yesterday morning a little before
7 to the Deponents House, she asked him how he did, he said he

very, properly while Deponent was gone to Empty the foul water
away, the Deced was gone from her Room, she thaybt he might be gone up Stairs
to lay Down, she went up but he was not there, as she was coming
down stairs she see the Deced coming in, she told him he was very
wray to go out, he said Lister it was, she askd him of the would
have any Phelfast He said le did not choose may thing at that time
she then desired him to go up Stairs and bye down and compon himself and
short the window, he said it did not injusty for the window, he
went up Stairs, and desired the Deponent to get her Pruckfast, she

a twelf Month, that he was in an ill state of Stellth, that he

Monday laying and willing about on the floor in has House up Stairs
