Some Corn Says that he returned with the Corn in less than
a Quarter of an hour and found the Deced lying on the
Ground in the Stable with his Head near the stable, Says that
the Deced bled at the Forehead and that he was then Speechless
but that he was able to Speak in a Quarter of an hour
when Deponent asked Deced if one of the Horses had Kicked him
to which Deced answared No. but Deced did not Say how he
reced the hurt in the forehead Says that the Grey Horse which Deced
dressed, used to draw in a Hackney coach is very old [..] of the Value of Fifteen
Shillings and the property of this deponent.

Richard Rooke< no role > pupil to Mr. Pyle one of the Surgeons
to the Westmr. Hospital on his Oath saith that the Deced was
brought to the Westmr. Hospital on Saturday Morning last
as a Casualty, that about ten o' Clock that Morning Dept.
and Mr. Pyle came there when Mr. Pyle examined Deced in
the presence of Dept. And found a great Fracture on the
Frantal Bone of the Deced, says that some Bones were taken
out of the forehead and the Wound Dressed, Says that the Deced
continued for the most part Delicious until the time of
his Death, which happened last Night, Says that his Death
was a occasioned by the Fracture abovementioned, and Dept.
thinks from the violence of the Blow and the Injury which
Deced had reced that it must be given by a kick of a Horse
