To any one of the Constables of the said
City and Liberty in the said County

NB.
Be Sure to Warn the
above No 24. & return
their Christian and
Sir Names and Places
of Abode.


By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of yourParishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on Saturday the 29th. Day
of this Instant by Seven of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Jerry Burn< no role > Known
by the Sign of the Tallow Chandler's Arms in King
Street within the Parish of St. James in the said Liberty.
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Mary Evans< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 29th. Day of May in
the Year of our Lord 17 62.
