Whereas Oliver Minton< no role > and George Duffey< no role > were at a Session of the Peace holden for the County of Middlesex the
5 May last tried and Convicted of an Assault and were sentenced to be imprisoned One Year in Newgate for the same
and Whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us in their Behaffs inducing us to extend our
Grace and Mercy unto them and to Grant them our Pardon for their said Crime on Condition of their Severally Enlisting
and continuing to serve us in our Eighth Regiment of Light Dragoons Our Hill and pleasure therefore is that upon
their Enlisting to Serve us in our Eighth Regiment of Light Dragoons as aforesaid they be forthwith delivered over to
Such person or persons as shall be duly authorized to receive them for that purpose and for So doing this shall be
your Warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the 26 day of July 1794 in the thirty fourth year of our Reign

To our Trusty and well closed Our Chairman and Justices of the Quarter Sessions of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex , The Sheriffs of our City of London and County of
Middlesex and all others whom it may concern.}

Conditional pardon for John Sisterson whose name is written on Page 69 no 12

Whereas John Sisterson was at a Session held at the Old Bailey in June last tried and Convicted of forgery and
received Sentence of Death for the same and whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us
in his Behalf inducing us to Extent our Grace and Mercy unto him and to Grant him our pardon for the Crime of
which he stands Convicted on Condition of his being Transported for and during the term of his natural life to the
Eastern Coast of New South Wales or some one or other of the Islands adjacent Our will and pleasure therefore is that you
give the necessary directions accordingly and that he be inserted for his said Crime on the said Condition in our first and
next General pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate and for so doing this shall be your Warrant
Given at our Court at Saint James's the 5th. day of August 1794 in the thirty fourth year of our Reign
