We the Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
George Hanover Square within the Liberty of
Westminster Do hereby consent That the Recognizance
in which Charles Frederick Strabury< no role > Engraver
was bound on the Twenty first of October last before
Samuel Thresher< no role > Esquire one of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said City and Liberty
(upon the Complaint of the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish for led getting
Elizabeth Davis< no role > Singlewoman with Child of
a female Bastard Child, Born in the said Parish
and Baptized Elizabeth and become Chargeable
thereto) May be Discharged the said Charles
Frederick Strabury
< no role > having given proper
Security to Indempnify the Parish aforesaid from
the Charge of the Maintenance of the said Child
Witness our Hands this &th Day of January 1762
