Isaac Malony< no role > the Petitioner in the annexed Petition and John
Bowra of Collonel Barringtons Company in his Majestys Second
Regiment of Foot Guards severally make Oath And first this
Deponent Isaac Malony< no role > for himself saith That he this Deponent
did on the Eighteenth Day of October Instant deliver a True
Copy of the Petition and Order of Court hereunto annexed at the
House lately inhabitted by George Townsend< no role > in the said Petition
Named in King Street in the Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster
to Mr. Man who now keeps the said House and which is the last
Place of Abode of the said George Townshend< no role > that this Deponent
knows or has heard of And this Deponent further saith that the said
Mr. Man read the said Copy of the Petition & Order and gave
the same to this Deponent again saying he woud have nothing to
do with it and this Deponent brought the same away had this
Deponent John Bowra for himself saith that he this Deponent did
on the same Eighteenth Day of this Instant October leave a true
Copy of the annexed Petition & Order in the Shop of the said Mr.
Man with a Person in the said Shop who this Deponent believes to be
the said Mr. Man in the said House lately inhabitted by the said
George Townshend< no role > and which was the Place of Abode of the
said George Townshend< no role > to the best of this Deponents
remembrance and belief
