Thomas Ellys< no role > Esquire one of the Justices of our said Lord
the King Assigned to keep the peace within the said
Liberty by which said Recognizance Michael Ryan< no role > &
John Bristow< no role > were and Stood bound for the Personal Appearance
of Owen Johnson< no role > at the abovesaid Session to Answer the
Complaint of Bevors Floyd< no role > for forcibly entring his Chamber
Assaulting and dragging him out of Bed then dragging him
Down two pair of Stairs by the Hair of his head at which said
Session the said Owen Johnson< no role > did not appear according to the
Condition of the said Recognizance whereby the same been
forfeited And These are further to Certifye That the General
Quarter Session of the peace above mentioned the said Owen
Johnson was and Stands Indicted for Assaulting beating
and Wounding the said Bevors Floyd< no role > Towhich Indictment
the sd Owen Johnson< no role > hath not as yet appeared or pleaded And
the Sollicitor for the prosecutor of the said Indictmt.
having Attended us and consented that the said Recognizance
might be respited untill the real Session

These are therefore to require & Authorize you to for [..]
the Estreating of the abovementioned Recognizance and [..]
the same over unto the next General Quarter Session of the
Peace to be held for the sd City and Liberty and this shall be
Your Sufficient Warrant for so doing Given under our Hands
and Seals this Tenth day of November 1747.
