Where by a Pass bearing Date this 21st Day of May 1747 under the hand and Seal of
Wm. Hammond< no role > Esqr . John Barton< no role > a Vagrant is Directed to be Conveyed to Drayton in the
County of Oxford. from Lambeth in the County of Surry.

Now I Do hereby Order and Direct the Bearer Thomas Sherratt< no role > Constable in
the City of Westmr. to Convey the said Vagrant to Colnbrook in Bucks that
being the first Town in the next County in the Direct Road to Drayton
aforesaid for which the sd. Constable is to be allowed Twelve Shillings
and for the Maintenace of the sd. Vagrant the Sum of Six pence for
every 24 Hours he shall be in Custody and so in proportion for a longer
or shorter time Given under my hand & Seal this 21st. of May 1747
being one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty
of Westmr.
