Matthew Roe< no role > of Somersest house in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman Maketh Oath that he usd his utmost endeavours
to meet with Frederick William Harrscher the Prosecutor [..]
this Cause in order to have Served him personally with a Copy of the
Notice hereunto Annex'd but was not able so to do Notwithstanding
this Deponent went Severall times to the Lodgings of the
said Harrscher when he was inform'd that at one time
he was gone into the Country at another time that he
was not to be met with and such like Sort of Answers
And this Deponent Saith that on Monday last he went against
to the said Herrschers Lodgings and these met with a Woman who
Calld herself the wife of the said Harrscher and this Deponent
requird of her if the said Mr Harrscher was at Home or where
to be met with, upon which She enquired of this Deponent this
Deponents business and this Deponent informing her thereof
She Instantly Shut the Door against this Deponent and
said Hang your Notices I will not receive any nor take
any Trouble about them And thereupon this Deponent
put a true Copy of the said notice hereunto Annexed in
the Key hole of the said Door
