The Examination of John Lee< no role > taken upon Oath the
5th. Day of October 1742

Who saith that he was born in the Parish of Cheertsey
in the County of Surry and when he was about 14 Years of age
he was bound apprentice for the Term of Seven Years to Isaac
Gouldhock< no role > a Carpenter which apprentiship he duly served with
since the same been a Yearly hired Servant or a House keeper
And this Deponent further saith that he was Marryed to his
late Wife Sarah< no role > who has been dead about 10 Months in the Parish
Church of St. Dunstan's in the West in the City of London about
Eight Years ago by whom he hath One Children now living namely
John< no role > aged Three Years And he further saith not.
