for an Assault

Jonathan Richards< no role > of St. Martins lane near
Charing Cross Porter maketh Oath that he this Dept.
did this Day leave notice in writing for Mr. Robert Nicholls< no role >
the Prosecutor in this Cause at a house called the Bull he [..]
Ale house in Vere Street Clare Market where the said
Prosecutor lately lived with a person who now lives at
the Said House that the Said Defendt. designed to apear
on Wednesday the fift day of Jaunary 1736 at
Westminster and plead guilty to the Said Indictment
Which house is as this Depont. is informed & beleives
the last place of the aboad of the Said Prosecutor
And this Dept Saith that he hath made diligent
inquiry after the Said Prosecutor & cannot learn
where the Said Prosecutor is to be found but Saith
that he is informed & beleives that the Said Prosecuter
absconded Some time Since from the Said house
& is run away
