of his present Maty's reign [..] paving and Leasing the Street in the Citty [..]
Westmr Etc. in the County of [..] the Second of October Instant in
room of the parish Church [..] Ann aforesaid, and is as follows vizt.

Hugh Davis< no role > of Greek Street in the said Parish for Six and Twenty yards of bad [..] broken pavement
before him two houses in Moor the [..] Tenements

Myles Bouck< no role > Esqr . for Seven & twenty Yard [..] pavement before thirteen empty houses in Gerrard Street
Thomas Fisher< no role > oflaford Street in the said Parish [..] wance in putting large quantities of Timber into forthwith
before his Dwelling house in the said [..]

{Which presentment [..] undersigned said Justices have examined on the Oaths of John
Maynard and Gabriel [..] present Surveyors of the Streets Etc in the said Parish of St. Ann
and do return to this Court of Sessions. Given under our hands and Seals this Fourth Day of
