Committee.


To the Right Worshipful the
General Court of the Governors
of St. Thomas's Hospital .

We the Grand Commitee appointed for the
management of the affairs of this Hospital do Report
our proceedings therein since the last Annual
General Court held the 30th. day of July 1788.

Leases


We have granted Leases to the following persons Vizt.

Mr. John Rose< no role >


To Mr. John Rose< no role > a Baker a Lease of a House
in the Old Bailey in his own occupation (at present
held under a lease to Timothy Baylie< no role > expiring at
Midsummer 1790. at a rent of £8.. P Annum) for
21 Years from that time at £25. P Annum clear
of the Landtax and all other Taxes & deductions
Mr. Rose to expend £150.. at least in such repairs
as the Hospital Surveyor shall direct within the
first 5 Years of the Term and to insure at £600..-

Mr. David Neave< no role >


To Mr. David Neave< no role > a Publican a lease of a house
in Threadneedle Street known by the sign of the
Fleece in his own occupation (at present held
under a Lease to Ann Lowen< no role > expiring at Michs.
1791. at a rent of £21.. P. Annum) for 21 years from
that time at £30.. P Annum clear of the Landtax
and all other taxes and deductions. Mr. Neave toleave
expend £196. at least in such Repairs as the Hospital
