Nos. 36, 37, 37, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41. (with the
addition of the Part of the last Number
purchased of Mr. Hammond) 45, 46, 47, & 48.
with the House fronting the Road upon Part
of No. 37. the whole at Present in Lease to Mr.
Wiggs at £25..10.. P Annm. which will expire at
Christmas 1787 for a term of 21 Years from that
time at a rent of £63.. P Annum clear of
the Landtax and all other deductions. Mr.
Hughes to keep the premises in Repair and to
insure at £300..

We have agreed to allow Mr. William
Sandle
< no role > Tenant of a farm at Hellions Bumstead
in Essex one years rent in consideration of the
great expences he has incurred in repairing
the Buildings and otherwise putting his
farm into order the Buildings being in a
very ruinous state and the lands greatly
impoverished by the neglect and mismanagement
of the former Tenant at the time Mr. Sandle.
