Fountain Tavern the other adjoining thereto situate
the corner of Snow Hill at present in lease to Richd.

a term of 21 years from that time at a rent of 72
Per Annum clear of the Landtax and all other
deductions Mr. Meane to expend at least 400..
in repairs within the first three years of the Term
and to insure the Premises at 1200..-..
