Street in Lease to Dr. Hibbins which will expire at
Michaelmas 1787 for 21 years from that time at a rent

all other Taxes and deductions. Mr. Betson to put
and keep the Premises in repair during the term &

To Mr. Abraham

To Mr. Abraham Jackson< no role > of a House the corner of
Finch lane in Lease to John Holdsworth< no role > but in Mr:
Jackson's occupation as Assignee of such Lease which
will expire at Midsummer 1787 for 21 years from that
