commence from the expiration of the term of 51 Years.

The above appearing to the Committee to be a
mistake.

We have ordered the same to be rectified accordingly
by an Indorsement upon the Lease to be signed
by Mr. reasurer or the Clerk.

Hospital funds
transferred into the names
of present Trustees.

We have ordered that the property of the Hospital
in the Public funds upon the death of Mr. Brough
late one of the Trustees thereof be transferred by
me surviving Trustees into the names of them-
saves and of Benjamin Harrison< no role > Esq. . one other of
the Governors of this Hospital agreeable to a
resolution of the Grand Committee of the 26th. of
July 1780 which hath accordingly been done.

Lease given to Mr.
Lodiges to enclose
[..] break up land
at Hackney.

We have agreed to permit Mr. Conrad Lodiges< no role >
Tenant to the Hospital of the Church fields at
Hackney held under a Lease granted to Mr.
Spackman and purchased b Mr. Lodiges of his
Assignees to inclose with a Wall so much of
two acres thereof as is not already so inclosed and
to break up such two acres and convert them into
Garden Ground laying them down again in
Grass at least three years before the expiration of
his Lease if required by the Hospital.
