The Clerk acquainted this Court
that since the last General Court there had been
divers Charitable Donations from several of the
worthy Governors of this Hospital.

William Hunt< no role > Esqr £50..-..-
Mr William Pepys< no role > 50..-..-
Mr William Plomer< no role > 50..-..-

And that there had been likewise a Charitable
Donation of £100 from an unknown Person by
the Hands of Mr William Bearcroft< no role >

Wilmots
Recognition


Mr President acquainted the
Court that Dr Edward Wilmot< no role > one of the Physici-
ans of this Hospital had Resigned;

Resolved that the Thanks of this
Court be given to the said Dr Wilmot for his faithfull
Service to this Hospitall as one of the Physicians thereof
And Mr President gave him the Thanks of this Court
accordingly

Dr Thomas Reeve< no role >
chosen Physician in
the Room of Dr Wilmot


And then this Court proceeded to
the Choice of a Physician to succeed the said Dr
Edward Wilmot, and the Petitions of Dr Thomas
Addams
< no role > ; Dr Edmund Crynes< no role > , Dr Thomas Reeve &
Dr William Whitaker< no role > ; were presented to this Court
and read, severally praying to be admitted one of the
Physicians of this Hospital in the room of the said
Dr Wilmot, and being severally put up; It appeared
that Dr Thomas Reeve had the Majority of Hands;
whereupon the said Dr Reeve was declared to be duly
chosen to the said Place, to hold the same with the
usual Salary thereunto belonging during the pleasure
of the General Court; and he was called in and acquain
ted with his Election
