It is Alsoe Ordered according to the Report of the said
Comittee That a Lease of the Thames water to serve this Hospitall bee taken of and
from Thomas Jackson< no role > for Seaven yeares from Chras next att the yearely rent of
Fower pounds Hee being att all the charge of bringing it into the parish of St:
Thomas over against the back gates of this house and soe Wee only to bee att the
charge to bring it from the Trees before the said Gate in to the Hospitall.

Fire Cock


It is Alsoe Ordered according to the Report of the said Comittee that a
Fire cock bee sett upp in a convenient place in the said parish of St: Thomas for a
better and more Plentifull supply of water on any Emergency.

Whereas upon a mistake £viij:vjs:viijd: P ann had bin charged fore the Quitt rent
of the Mannor's of Combe Grove and Fanscome in the County of Kent occasioned as farr
as can appears by makeing that sume rcd as One yeares Quitt rent in the Audited booke
of Accompts which indeed accrewed in severall yeares and soe transferring that
sume from yeare to yeare in future yeares Accounts hitherto as the anuall rent has
made a great arreare more then it due Whereas £ij:xiijs:vijd [..] is the most can bee
found by the Surveys and Rent Rolls And inquire att a Court to bee the anuall rent
besides Henns and Eggs all which appearing to the Auditors att the last Genall
Auditt It is Ordered That what to surcharged in the Accounts in arreare above
the anuall rent of £ij:xiijs:vijd [..] : bee discharged And that from henceforth the
charge bee but £ij:xiijs:vijd [..] : P ann for the said Quitt Rent besides Henns and Eggs

Whereas Mr: Francis Beyer< no role > offers to pay to the use of this Hospitall
One Hundred pounds which with what hee hath already given to charitable uses
hee declares to bee much more then the sume of Three Hundred Fifty and One pounds
Fowerteene shillings and six pence by him rcd for his Eleaventh parte of the moneys
collected on the Breife graunted on the last Destruccon by fire of Coldharbour
Sugar house upon Condicon and Agreement that the said monies shall goe and
bee for ever to this Hospitall and that this house only pay unto him the said Francis
Beyer

yearely to Ellen Armitta< no role > Poore Woman that now liveth in Spittle Bilds for
here Life It is Ordered That the said proposicon bee accepted and a Covenant
given under the Comon Seale to pay the said respective anuities accordingly.

This Court Doth nominate and appoint Sr: Robert Knightley< no role > Mr: Depty:
Parker Mr: Depty: Flavell and Mr: Crayker Auditors with others of the
Account of Mr: Treasurer for Two yeares the one ending att Michmas last
and the other to end att Michmas next.

Sisters in this house was chosen Sister of Magdalenss Ward void by the Marriage Hath of
the late Sister To hold during there good Behaviour and the pleasure of the Majority
of the Governors of this house.

from that Ward and to bee Sister of Queens Ward in place of the late decd Sister
of the Ward.

Eliz: Woodcock< no role > is admitted Helper of the Sister of Queens Ward.

Sisters in such Wards as the Treasurer shall think fitt.

admonished to behave herself better for the time to come or els to bee displaced
