upon the Farme himselfe, He said, He
could not conveniently Live there, But would
put in a person, who should Live there
and Take the same Care to presence &
Keep up the House as if he Lived in it
himselfe. The Comittee did not think
fitt to come to any Agreemt: at this
time for Letting the sd Farme, Out Told
him he should have Notice to Attend
againe, And Ordered publick Notice
to be Given for the Letting of this Faran
by Setting up at Bill or Advertisemt.
for that purpose upon the Markett House
in Rumford.

Hospitalls in Getting in a Act they can of
Mr. John Rands< no role > Wale and Settling his Emernr : Accompts such And making
Agreements with the Debtors, as the & they she
Judge propper And to make A Division
between the sd Four Hospitalls of such
part of the sd Estate as shall remaine
standing out in the best manner they
can, To the Intent That Each Hospitall may
Look after the Speedy Recovery of such part,
thereof as shall be Allotted or Apperences
for such Hospitall.
