The Peticon of Mr. Jaber Collier< no role > our Tennt.
of the Marshes & Other Demasnes of our
Mannor of Alvathley in Essex, was Read, and
He himselfe Attended; Praying A new Lease
thereof for 21: yeares from Michas last, at
which time the Old Lease Expired, at the
Old Rent of £100: P Ann. And for A
Moderate Fine, in regard of the Great
Charges, which He & his late Fether have been
put to in Making New a great part of
the Marsh Wall & supporting & Maintaining
he Rest of the Wall, and in Laying downe [..]
A New Sluyee & otherwise, Whereupon
the Reports of former Views upon this Eilate
and of the Proceedings of the Grand Comittee
& Generall Court, upon the Paticons of Mr.
Colliers father & Himselfe after his Fathers
Death, for Allw [..] in respect of the sd
new wall & other Charges, [..] being Read &
Considered by this Comittee; [..] This
Comittee is of Opinion That Another View
should be Taken of this Estate, and the
Condicon of the Marsh Walls & Huyces
and the Value of this Estate, be will
Inquired into before. A New Lease be Treated
for And it is Referred to Mr. Treer, Mr.
Loarick, Mr. Lovell Mr. Mayo, Mr. Mee, Mr.
Shering, Mr. Monke & Mr. Dacane Or an
Three of them to Goe upon the sd View as
soon as conveniently they can, and to Report
their Observasion & Opinion to this Comittee
