The [..] Orders & proceedings of the Last
Genrll: Court, were Read Approved & Confirmed:
The President recomending the Extraordinary Charge
of the House by Reason of the New Buildings
& Increase
of patients, Severall Gentlemen now present made
liberall Subscripcons towards the same.
Then this Court pursuant to the Resolucon of the last Generall
Court proceeded to the Choice of a Third Doctor, and One Assistant
Surgeon, who are to Serve without any fixed or Settled
Allowance.

, being presented to
this Court and Read, Severally praying to be admitted the Third
Doctor or Physitian
in this Hospitall. The said Dr. Henry Plumtree
was freely chosen to the said Place by this Court. To hold the same
during the Pleasure and good likeing of this Court without any
Fixed or Settled Allowance.

good likeing of this Court without any Fixed or Setled Allowance.
