One of the Bills you remitted to me about afortnight ago
drawn by W. Bowman or John Branch< no role > of £57.18-was due
Yesterday Cases not paid; it has been duly noted & [..]
to you by Cantrell Taylor. & Co. it wall be proper to inform there
of the Circumstance & let me know of the Bill must be returned,
as it has been hold that is no danger unkeeping it after
days.

Mr. John Sharpe< no role > called this day & paid £45.13.11 which
is placed to your Credit on Tibshelf Account. He was speaks
about her Lease & having laid out a considerable Seem, he
hoped it would be considered in the Rent or Turn; hers fur the
Money laid out is for has Accommodation, or the Improve-
-ment of the farm you can but Judge: I could only re [..]
to you to draw up a conditional Agreement for the Appro-
-taken of the Committee.

The enclosed Bill £57.18-well not be paid by the
Accepter Sr. Branch; have therefore referred it. I suppose you
have applied to Cantrell Taylor & Co: as advised us my last; if they
replace it to you it will be well, or else I fear it well be a
bad affair.

I duly reced your of 18th. inclosing a Bill in Sir Jas Esdaile
& Co: for One hundred & Ninety Pounds which is placed to your
Credit. I also reced yours of 1st this letter is in Rent at fol. 104. Jany with the Estimate of
Tulborn farm which makes a clear rent £122. instead of
£96. There as a deal of land for the Money; whether [..]
worth white to enter unto a Competition is not early to be
determined, or pursue Things go ar a high rate, the Committee
well not likely meet perhaps the middle of near the oath; are
have no precede Term but well timely inform you, I
have [..] he to the Cromwell about Willing like & Nec [..]
In pursuance who well perfectly see the former soon, & the
Attorney (I [..] ) of the letter: he will be her again the 30th.
well them mention the Affair of Holden also [..] when
