Committee above your Rents to which you have given no Answer
therefore it to as given Offence. I am were further directed to

A few days ago Mr Perryman of Hillingdon called
here about renewing the Insurance for his Premises as the Turn
expires I believe this next Month. On tooking into the Poverty
is occurs to be ensured at a most [..] Sum, that is £975
on Buildings party Timber & £500 on Thatch together £1475
the Amount for the last 7 Years was 25.17.3 I told hereto request
you to took as the Premisses In remember being there some Years
ago with Mr Way, five were then of Opinion that there were
more Out build up [..] then were necessary & agreed this
the then Tenant might if he then it, pull done some towards
repairing others, her about ever well Plant to do or recomend
what [..] be proper, for the Turcur pays the Insurance Supports
the Premises, one would, not with to in [..] more Expence then is
necessary. Not hearing from Mr Stevens about her Rent have
Wrote agan then Port: I direct to hour near Tring Herts. As to
Land tax we are Sever as we ever.

I am directed by the Grand Committee to call for one years
Rent due Midsumer last: in Course quens of some Irregularly in
the late Receiver two on these Letter have been written desiring a
Sight of your last Receipt to which no Answer was given
put apr. you never received them: they were directed to Mr John
Turpin in when Name the Lease Wards: by Covenant in the
Lease the Heat into be paid at the Co [..] Houses of the Hospital:
An immideate Answers expected, & [..] of the last Rece [..] ted.
