Mr Kidder
I am directed to inform you of a Men [..] of the
Grand Committee that all rent for Estates are to be paid half
yearly & a little before the second half year becomes day that
is the Rent due at Michaelmas is to be paid by the Middle of March
following, so that nearly half a year is left in hand. There is now
due from your one year at Lady day last, also when you paid
£100 in decr. last, the advanced Rent from Mech 1797 to Lady day
1798 was not included which as £15. You well please to observe
this Resolution of the Committee must be attended to Tenants
for Houses are not to be allowed more than 2 Months.

Ilately wrote toMr. Marshall who succeed Mr. Freeman
about the Insurance of your Premisses; when the Agreement
was made with Mr Brewick he was to ensure them as £850.
Our Method is to [..] in the Name of the Hospital & call
upon the Tenant for the Account by a great Niglus between
Mr. Freeman oven late Accountant it does ret appear
that you have paid it or whether he ever appled to your
for [..] you can but tell. I by the favour of your Aus even
about this Matter & arn

I have not been favoured with an An [..] in respect
to the Certificates about the Land tax, or what in may be proper to
be done therein, as yet eve have not taken any fin [..]
I [..] pointed but the three Estates as Hillingdon Mars-
-worth & Milton to be as eligable as any so be desposed of: I
do not know that it [..] the accept any to sell all three but
if all of them was opened we coats then do as we liked, for
we have [..] small things in [..] Places that could
be very well spread, Stevens at Mansworth like [..]
at Michmas as new coming. An any Measurer taken for sett [..]
it. I lately wrote to him about rent; he ever a year Lady day last
[..] to glad of a Copy of the Agreement you made with Jos
Tyrrell
