The Fine was £100 & the Fees were £8..2 in which I
suppose Your Fees are Included for the Fees would not otherwise be
so much as it appears by the Copy that the Admission was at a
General CourtMr. Weingfield
now talks of about £20
for Fees (in which perhaps he may Include more that One Court) but
I dont know that a Tenant is Obliged to pay for a Special Court unless
at his own Instance If he does not appear after Three proclamations
It is at his Perit & he must take the Consequence Tonly give you
these Hints for your Government in Setting the Fees You'll favour
me with a Line in Answer to this Letter and as soon as I receive it I
will Acquaint Mr. Wingfield
that We shall be ready to Attend the Court
