Mrs. Crosier one of the Esrs. of Mr. Aldwin and
who occupies now the Hospl. Farme at Pinner has applied
to Mr. Treasurer for Leave to part with the Farme And at the
same time recommended Mr. Willm. Timms< no role > of Ruslip to be
Tenant in her Stead Mr. Treasurer has this day talked
with Mr. Timms about it And desires the Favour of
you to make Enquiry into his Circumstances & Character
and let him know what Information Yo can get as soon

Farme at Pinner has been duely considered by Mr. Treasurer
And as that Farme requires a Tenant of experienced Judgmt.
And Yo. your self in [..] imated that Yo. had not been long engaged
in that kind of Business Mr. Treasurer is of Opinion
that it with not be for the Interest of the Hospll nor Yr. own
for Yo. to under take so large as ConcernJ.W

To Mr. Wm. Timms< no role > at Ruslip by Harrow Bog Middsex

Sr. Mr. Treasurer intends to call a Commee next
Week And desires Yo. Will let him know as soon as conveniently
Yo. can what Proposal Yo. intend to make for a new Lease of
the Prems. Yo. now hold of the Hospll. that it my be laid
before the Govrs. for this Consideracon
