Sir
I ought to have wrote to you sooner in order to know what I am
in your Debt on Accots. of the Hospital and to have discharged it and
I now desire you will give me that Information forthwith

The Premisses are let to Mr. Francis Daman< no role > of yr. Town
Timber Merchant on Lease from Laday last and you are hereby
desired to give him the Possessn: thereof as far as in you lease I
suppose Mr. Daman will adjust matters with the Tents. (who are
accountable to him for the Rent from the Commencemt. of his Lease)
to their mutual Satisfaction

Sir
Your's of the 9th. inst. has been laid before Mr. Treasurer who
immediately gave Directions for Mr. Horse our Clerk to write to Mr.
Bedford to give you Possn. of the Prams. at Gosport lately let on Lease
to you by the Grand Commee of this Hospl. which he has accordingly
done by this Post. of which, I doubt not, Mr. Bedford will likewise
give you Notice and do what is necessary on his Part that you may
have no further Trouble on that Account but as a verbal Discription
of the Prems. will be necessary to be inserted in Your Lease with
relations to their Situation of Street. Parish & Boundaries which yrs.
Plan does not sufficiently answer Mr. Morse desires you will
with yr. first Conveniency sent a proper Description for that purpose

Mr Treasurer acquainting some of the Gentlemen of the
Grand Commee with your request relating to the Alterations of the
Plann of your House now Building, And is having before been first upon
for the Election of the said Building are determin'd to make no Altera-
tion therein as she Estimate given in for the same would be thereby
greatly exceeded
