There will be a Court held by the Governr. of St. Thomas's
Hospital for the Manner of Langleys otherwise Lynsters next Wedner
day In which Manor you have a Frechold Estate consisting of a
Messuage & 20 Acres of Land called Green Street for which there
is due to the Hospital a Quit Rent of 9s P Anuum. There were
many years Arrears before you had the Estate And upon the
Holding the last Court which was so Long ago as 1741 I wrote you
a Letter Demanding the Arrears in your time which you never
thought fit to AnswerI thought proper to put you in
mind of this Matter (as We are going next Week) that you may
prevent any future Trouble & Charge by Satiffying this Just
Demand. otherwise you must Thank yourself for the Consequence

at Rickmansworth on wednesday next at 11 o'Clock to hold a Court
that day at Mr Wankford's Farmthe next day at Masworth near
Tring at the late Mr Batchelder's & return to the Swan as above
at Night and on the Friday follg to hold as Court at Yr. House
