Mr. Treasurer reced yours of the 16th Inst:
wherein you acquaint him with your having sent a Letter
of the 29th of Decemr. last with a Bill of £80,,15,,- dated
the 24th. of Decemr. drawn by John Holland< no role > upon Thos:
Stainbank< no role > Merch . in London payble. to yor. set for Order
a Month after datewhich is not come to hand but have
acquainted Mr. Stainbank with it in order to stop payment,
who told me that he had received advice of such a Bill
being drawn on him, & that it had not yet been offer'd for
acceptance, Mr. Treasurer therefore desired you will get
another Bill from Dr. Holland & send it as soon as Possible
